Things heat up in Chapter 7. Please be aware, there is explicit violence and rape in this chapter.

It’s been a fantastic journey creating ten badass women, imbuing each one with strengths and weaknesses to help or hinder them along their way. Nothing stops Farida. If I were ever in a dangerous situation I’d want her by my side. In fact, I can think of a few times where she could have been helpful.

For the past three years that has meant living in Luxor, Egypt, where I started the first boxing club for girls on the West Bank. I'm the author of numerous children's books and essays, as well as the Urban Fantasy series NIGHT ANGELS CHRONICLES. This year sees publication of my sci-fi/dark fantasy work, FIREFLY LANE, with Terror House Press. At the moment, I'm riding out this pandemic in Phoenix, but who can say where tomorrow will take me.
