Last week I was running by the Nile. This week it's back to tough love in the gym. One of my favorite killer exercises to end class with is five sit-ups on the bag, stand up, move to the next bag, sit down and do five sit-ups, stand up and repeat all the way down the line, run back and start over again. Stand up, sit down, that's the killer, all the way down the line.
